Orders & Conditions

How does the order process work?

To place orders, you must first register using the form on our website. After review, your account will be approved or rejected. If approved, you will have access to prices, products, and commercial conditions. Orders must meet a minimum of €100 + VAT. After finalizing the order: it is manually validated, we send a proforma invoice by email, after confirmed payment we issue the final invoice, and the order is dispatched.

What are the order conditions?

Minimum order: €100 + VAT. Minimum of 3 units per reference. Payment by bank transfer.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices shown are without VAT, with the VAT amount added at the end of the order.

Is there immediate stock or is it by pre-order?

All available stock is ready for immediate delivery. We do not work with pre-orders.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping cost?

Mainland Portugal: €6.50
Islands: €8.50

Free shipping for:

  • Orders over €300 + VAT (Mainland)
  • Orders over €500 + VAT (Islands)

Who is the carrier?

Orders are dispatched via CTT.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

Currently, we only accept bank transfer payments.

How does payment work?

Please use the details provided to make the bank transfer. After payment, please send us the proof of payment so we can start preparing and dispatching your order.

Products & Compliance

Do the products include translation?

Yes. All products include complete translations and are ready for sale, with all the necessary documentation.

Are the products registered in the CPNP?

Yes. All products are duly registered with CPNP, as required in the European Union.

Are the products registered with INFARMED?

Yes. All products are notified to INFARMED and the mandatory 1% fee has already been covered by us, so no additional payment is required from your side.

Do the products include a barcode (EAN)?

Yes. All products include a barcode (EAN).

Account & Access

Who can create an account?

We only accept businesses or professionals with an active registration, including sole traders with an active NIF, provided their objective is the resale of products.

Is a NIF/VAT required for purchase?

Yes. The NIF/VAT is validated upon registration and will be associated with all orders.
